ut2004 Linux installer Fedora 15

The ut2004 midway installer does not work on fedora 15. Do you guys mind updating this one?

It has the problem where it starts to unpack the installer has many .... then crashes without any other message.

Could you be more specific please.

I run it from terminal. It starts the uncompression, and crashes. No message.

If you are running x86 then we know why the installer fails. We will update it as soon we get time to do it (like all the other Loki Setup based installers).

Does that mean that you expect it to run under x86_64? I am under 64bit. What else can I do to help test this for you guys so we can find the problems?

I'll send you a link to a private beta of the new version of this installer.

Just an FYI I am having the same issue with attempting to install UT 2004 on Fedora 15 x86_64.

I'll update this thread as soon as the installer gets into public beta.

Just thought I'd point out that this isn't just a Fedora issue, I'm getting exactly the same problem on Arch Linux (64bit).
