Other games like Doom3, Quake3 and UT2003 work great.

I try to downgrade nvidia drivers from 1.0.7676 to 1.0.7167.
I try to install unreal tournament original (not goty) and it gives me the same error.
I try to search answers to my problem in your forum, gentoo forum (i'm a gentoo user) and google but i wasn't able to find answers.

A strange thing is that i have a partition with ubuntu linux installed and with that distribution all works great without errors.

Please Help me!!!

:( :( :(

Thanks all!!

i'm using the latest nvidia driver available and i don't have any problems

you could try the ogl renderer instead of the sdl one

edit your ~/.loki/ut/System/UnrealTournament.ini

see http://www.icculus.org/lgfaq/#unreal1prior for more information

I solved the problem.

Maybe it's somthing wrong between fluxbox and UT.

Moving from fluxbox to E17 made all work great.

good to hear you "solved" your problem

but i don't believe it's only fluxbox's fault

i'm running fb and ut wihtout any problems

maybe you change something else? 3d driver, kernel ...?

I changed nothing.
If i return in fluxbox UT gives me the same error. :?
I think there's something not installed in my system.
