I knew what you meant :) It would be great to have a Quake3 installer that did all the copying of pak files etc. automatically. There may be a problem in that the icculus.org version isn't really 'released', and is changing on a daily basis, so any liflg installer would be outdated very quickly.

It is not very important, if we have a version which work well.

Its really easy to compile the icculus' "release" - all you need is the devel version of libsdl. After checking the svn repository, run make and that's it. Compiles like a charm. You need a point release installed anyway, or at least .pk3 files from it; you will install the compiled svn sources by running make copyfiles, which will overwrite existing binaries. I finally have working audio :D :D :D
